Fillers

Fillers are based on synthetic Hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid occurs naturally in the dermal layer of skin. It is hydrophilic (absorbs moisture). Age, weathering, sun, life style and emotional stresses affect skin. Hyaluronic acid is a natural component of skin but declines with age, which leads to wrinkling of the skin. There are other changes that take place with age in the skin and contribute to wrinkles and lines.

Hyaluronic is injected directly in to the dermis of skin. The affect is visible immediately. There will be further improvement as it absorbs water and smoothes out the wrinkles and lines. The time of next treatment varies from person to person and their skin type. This chemical may be linked or unlinked.
